A Carbon Reduction Plan (CRP) is a statement from a company identifying their current Carbon Footprint and committing to help the UK achieve Net Zero emissions by 2050.
The purpose of a CRP is to identify what impact the company and its activities will have on the environment by providing details of the environmental management measures in place. Companies will normally ask their suppliers to have a CRP.
Companies only need to create one CRP, which they will keep updated and use whenever a CRP is required.
